Dev bag, locked
The dev buys at least 2 SOL in the same transaction that creates the token. That buy is locked for 1 to 12 months, automatically.
12 months
Every Credo launch runs on pump.fun with the dev buy locked, fees split on-chain and the treasury spent only by holder vote.
Set at launch, enforced on-chain, visible to everyone.
The dev buys at least 2 SOL in the same transaction that creates the token. That buy is locked for 1 to 12 months, automatically.
Creator fees go to the dev, to buybacks and to the project treasury — in a split fixed at launch. Buybacks run every day.
The treasury moves only after a holder vote. Top holders get one vote per wallet — no vote, no spend.
Most launches ask you to trust the dev. We ask you to check the rules.
On most launches, all you have is the dev’s word. They can sell their bag whenever they like, the fees go straight to their wallet, and "dev funds" get spent without asking anyone.

Credo turns those promises into rules. The dev’s buy is locked. Fees are split between the dev, buybacks and a project treasury. And the treasury moves only when holders vote for it.
Every rule is set at launch, and every action is on-chain for anyone to check.

Every dev buys in from 2 SOL, locked for 1 to 12 months. No vesting drip, no early exit.
The dev asks, holders decide. One wallet, one vote — the treasury moves only if the vote passes.
A share of the fees buys the token back every day. Bought tokens are burned or locked for 12 months.
Lock, fee split and buyback settings are set when the token goes live. After that, nobody can change them.
See the dev’s linked X, past launches, average market cap and how long their projects stayed alive.
Every project page shows the dev’s lock, the fee split and every buyback and vote — with the transaction behind it.
See how much the dev bought and how long it’s locked — with a live timer. The lock is set in the launch itself.
See the split and what each bucket has collected and paid out. Every daily buyback is logged with its transaction.
The dev posts a request. Top 150 holders vote, one wallet each. It passes with at least 10 votes and more for than against — otherwise it expires.
Launch first. Keep adding after.

A launchpad on top of pump.fun. Tokens are created and traded on pump.fun, but every launch follows our rules: a locked dev buy, a fixed fee split and a treasury spent only by holder vote.
No. The lock term, the fee split and the buyback mode are fixed in the launch itself. Neither the dev nor Credo can edit them afterwards.
The dev's buy, at least 2 SOL, made in the same transaction that creates the token. It is locked through Streamflow for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months (12 by default) and opens all at once at the end. No vesting, no partial unlocks.
pump.fun creator fees go to the Credo contract, not to the dev's wallet. They are split into three buckets, dev, buyback and treasury, by the scheme picked at launch: Builder 60/20/20, Balance 40/30/30, Community 30/35/35, or a custom split within the limits. The dev's share is paid straight to their wallet, with no claim step.
Once a day the buyback share buys the project's token. At launch the dev chooses whether those tokens are burned right away or locked for 12 months. The choice is permanent, and every buyback is logged with its transaction.
Holders do. The dev posts a request with an amount, a description and a voting period of 1 to 7 days. The top 150 holders at that moment can vote, one wallet one vote. Without a passed vote the treasury can’t be spent.
When at least 10 different wallets have voted and “yes” beats “no”. The funds then go to the recipient in the request, or to the dev’s wallet if none is set. Otherwise the request expires, the money stays in the treasury and the dev can submit it again.
Every dev links an X account to launch. The dev profile shows the X handle, the account’s age, all past launches, their average market cap and how long their projects stayed above the $15,000 “alive” mark.
Connect your Solana wallet (Phantom and compatible wallets) through Privy. There is no separate registration: your account is your wallet. Devs also link an X account to launch.
Yes. Every project page shows the lock, the fee split and every buyback and vote together with its transaction hash, so you can check each one on-chain yourself.
